Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If the Operator discovers duplicate accounts, all such accounts may be suspended or permanently closed, and any associated funds, bonuses, or winnings may be forfeited without prior notice.
The Operator reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card (KTP), passport, driver's license, utility bills, or bank statements. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal delays. All personal information submitted is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
gali77 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. International payment methods including Visa and Mastercard may also be accepted subject to availability. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within two (2) minutes of successful payment confirmation. The Operator is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking holidays, or technical issues beyond our control. Withdrawal requests must be submitted via the Account dashboard. The Operator aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours, subject to successful identity verification and compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 72 hours to process.
Users must wager deposited funds at least one (1) time before requesting a withdrawal, as per standard AML regulations. The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 in a single transaction or Rp 100,000,000 within a 30-day period.

All bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed on the promotional page or sent via email. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they can be withdrawn as cash. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x depending on the promotion type.
The Operator reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and suspend or close Accounts if bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, exploiting software errors or game malfunctions, irregular betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without risk (e.g., betting on opposite outcomes in sports betting), or any other fraudulent behavior intended to gain unfair advantage.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issuance. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your Account balance upon expiry. The Operator may modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The Operator employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed, and all funds will be returned to the depositing party (if verifiable) or forfeited.

The Operator's total liability to any User shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the 90 days preceding the claim.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or game malfunction that affects game outcomes, all affected wagers shall be void and refunded to the User's Account balance. The Operator reserves the right to correct any errors in payouts, odds, or game results, even after settlement.

The Operator will investigate the matter and provide a written response within 10 business days. All disputes must be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedies.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction. However, Users resident in Indonesia acknowledge that their participation in online gambling may be subject to Indonesian law.
The Operator reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
